A New Chapter for Artworx Bridal

This past year has been a season of change for Artworx Bridal, and I want to share a little bit about what’s happening behind the scenes.

As many of you know, Artworx was founded and built by my dear friend and mentor, Erin Kennedy. For decades, she poured her heart and talent into creating gorgeous hairstyles for countless brides, and her presence became such a huge part of the wedding mornings we all love. When I purchased Artworx from her, I wanted to honor that legacy while also bringing my own vision forward.

Over the past year, I realized that juggling both hair and makeup services when I personally only specialize in makeup had become a real challenge. Coordinating schedules, managing multiple moving parts, and ensuring everything ran seamlessly for each wedding morning was starting to feel overwhelming — and I never want that stress to trickle down to my brides.

That’s why I’ve decided to take Artworx Bridal in a new direction and focus exclusively on makeup artistry.

Makeup has always been my true passion — it’s where I feel most connected to my brides. My goal has never been about transforming someone into someone else, but instead about enhancing what’s already there: your natural beauty, your glow, and your confidence. I love that moment when a bride looks in the mirror and feels like herself — just a little more polished, radiant, and ready to walk down the aisle.

While I’m no longer offering hair services, I still want my brides to have a seamless, stress-free morning. That’s why I recommend a trusted hairstylist I work with exclusively, so you’ll still have a cohesive team that feels like one unit, taking care of you every step of the way.

This next chapter feels exciting, a little bittersweet, and very full of possibility. I’m so grateful to Erin for the foundation she built, and I’m equally grateful to every bride who has trusted me to be part of their most special day. I can’t wait to keep growing Artworx Bridal in a way that feels true to me — and to you.
